THE LABORATORY OF AIR TECHNOLOGIES VISION

Core Technologies and Applications

1. Educational Drones (DJI Tello and DJI Tello TT).

These user-friendly drones serve as the foundation for our programming workshops. By using DJI Tello series drones, we introduce participants to programming in Python and Scratch, offering hands-on experience in coding through interactive drone control. These sessions are designed not only to teach coding skills but also to ignite a passion for technology and innovation.

3. FPV/VR Simulator Stations

Our laboratory boasts high-tech simulator stations equipped with first-person view (FPV) and virtual reality (VR) technology. These simulators offer a realistic and immersive experience, preparing individuals for careers as drone pilots and FPV racers. The simulators are an excellent tool for skill refinement, allowing pilots to practice in a variety of simulated environments.

DJI Matrice 300 for Specialized Projects

The DJI Matrice 300 is our lab's flagship drone for advanced industrial applications. This powerful drone is utilized for:

  • Structural inspections and monitoring, ensuring the safety and integrity of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Environmental research, including wildlife and aquatic life monitoring, contributing to conservation efforts.
  • Search and rescue operations, providing crucial support in emergency situations.
  • Photogrammetry and geo-surveillance, aiding in city planning and land surveying, particularly useful for metallurgy and oil and gas industry.
  • Energy infrastructure inspections, ensuring the maintenance and safety of power lines and related facilities.
