Ornella Afina Mkrtchyan is the General Director of the Center for Youth Initiatives. Ornella Afina obtained an
International Baccalaureate Diploma in Switzerland. She holds Bachelor of LLB in Laws degree from the
London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), as well as a Legal Practice Certificate and Master of
Laws in Law and Business from the University of Law, England. After completing these degrees, Ornella Afina has
fully immersed herself in the world of educational technologies, finance and entrepreneurship. She is a member of
the Supervisory Board at Asia Alliance Bank in Uzbekistan, and she oversees development of various innovative and
sustainable projects. Her diverse experience and exposure enable her to introduce cross-cultural concepts and ideas,
build intra- and international relationships, and exchange obtained knowledge in her home country.
She is passionate about making a difference.
MIRZALIYEV ULUG`BEK ISMONALIYEVICH
Mirzaliev Ulugbek is an engineer at the Center for Youth Initiatives. He graduated from the Railway
University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics and Electrotechnology and completed a
Master's degree in Electrical Systems and Complexes in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Ulugbek has extensive experience
as an engineer in automated energy control and accounting systems (ASCAE), energy audit. During his work,
he participated in the implementation of several projects for the implementation of ASKUE and energy audits in
various organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. He is also the author of several scientific
articles according to this theme. Ulugbek is experienced in the field of digital production, FabLab. Ulugbek is a
hardworking and goal-oriented person.
GNEDENKO SPARTAK SENIKOVICH
Gnedenko Spartak is a computer graphics designer at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
He has more than 10 years of experience in 3D modeling, and also took part in the development
of 3D Models for games, 3D Animations of various characters. Has skills in special effects of
varying complexity (VFX). Spartak generates unusual ideas in implemented projects.
SERGEEVA MARINA ALEKSANDROVNA
Marina Sergeeva is the chief accountant of the Center for Youth Initiatives.
She has over 25 years of experience. The Center for Youth Initiatives uses an innovative approach to financial and accounting.
OSMANOV MUXAMMAD-SHEKEB SHAVKATOVICH
Muhammad-Shekeb Osmanov is the global engagement manager at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
Muhammad-Shekeb received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with an emphasis in
Economics from Webster University of Geneva, Switzerland. His goal is to apply the acquired knowledge in Uzbekistan.

SKALDIN ALINA ARTUROVNA
Alina Skaldin is a marketing manager at the Center for Youth Initiatives. She graduated with a bachelor's
degree in business and marketing from the University of Sunderland, Britain. She has more than 8 years of experience.
Ability to work in digital marketing. Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to interpret data and
generate actionable insights. At the Center for Youth Initiatives, Alina uses an innovative approach,
which makes her work even more exciting.
LEVCHENKO DMITRIY YEVGENEVICUH
Dmitry Levchenko is a Software Engineer (AI-engineer) in custom applications at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.
In addition to his main activities, he devoted his time to studying applied statistics and fuzzy logic.
Currently engaged in the placement of recognition systems and language models in robotic systems.
VERENSOV MAKSIM ALEKSANDROVICH
Verentsov Maxim Aleksandrovich graduated from the Tashkent Aviation College.
At the Center for Youth Initiatives he works in the laboratory “Fundamentals of Robotics”.
Its goal is to introduce new advanced technologies to everyone.
ASATOV FARRUX FATXULLA O`G`LI
Farrukh Asatov is an interactive technology software engineer at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
Farrukh graduated from INHA University with a degree in computer engineering and software development
in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Farrukh has experience developing applications using the Unity engine in
various industries, including education, gaming and marketing. He also has skills in augmented
reality software development. Farrukh is a person who loves his job and is always ready for new achievements.
MIRZAEV DIYOR MIRZAAXMADOVICH
Mirzaev Diyor is an aspiring robotics specialist at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
He is a student at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
He devotes his time and effort to studying and developing in the field of information technology.
He is also actively involved in projects of the Center for Youth Initiatives, striving to make
his contribution to society and help other young people in mastering the world of technology.
He is convinced that his knowledge of programming and active participation in social projects will

Victoria is an interactive technology software engineer at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
Victoria graduated from INHA University with a degree in Computer Engineering and software
development in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Victoria has experience in 3D modeling and visualization
and specializes in on creating 3D models for games, interiors and advertising. She has experience
with various 3D programs. She also has skills in graphic design design. Victoria is passionate
about her work and is always ready for new projects.
LIM LIRA ABDUXALILOVNA
Lim Lira is an additive technology software engineer at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
Graduated from Moscow Polytechnic University with a master's degree. She received additional education
at MPU with a degree in Translator in the field of professional communications. She worked in a company
producing 3D printed products as a 3D modeler. She also has skills in 3D visualization of interiors
and exteriors. She is inspired to create beauty.
AXMEDOV OLEG ALISHEROVICH
Oleg Akhmedov is an additive technology software engineer at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
He has completed his bachelor's degree at Belgorod State Technological University. V.G. Shukhova.
At the Center for Youth Initiatives he works as a specialist in the FabLab laboratory.
He develops automated control systems, creates digital twins, and also works on organizing the
production process for manufacturing parts using simulation modeling.
LAZEBNIY ALEKSEY SERGEEVICH
Alexey Lazebny is a computer graphics designer at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
Alexey has 4 years of experience in computer graphics, also has experience working in
different styles, with low-poly and high-poly models, with procedural textures and
hand-drawn textures, with animation and UV mapping.
PARFENOV MAXIM VITALIEVICH
Parfenov Maxim is a software engineer at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
Graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute in system control of unmanned aerial
vehicles. For a long time he was involved in the development and creation of interactive
exhibits for museums, exhibitions and cinema, and robotics. He founded his own production
workshop, where he manufactured products for the robotics and food industries. Looks to the future with confidence.
LUNDOVSKICH KIRILL VLADIMIRIVICH
Lundovskikh Kirill is a specialist in mechatronics and robotics at the Center for Youth Initiatives.
He has experience in electrical power, engineering and robotics. He graduated from Perm Polytechnic
University and worked in the oil industry and heavy engineering as a design engineer. At the same time,
he participated in food tech startups, applying his skills in robotics. In addition, he successfully
completed the Python developer course from Yandex. He currently produces drone shows and provides
information support in the electronics field. Its goal is to develop and implement technologies in various fields.
